  • I hear you. This course is a set of five modules and comprehensive workbook to take at your own pace. I will offer occasional live Q&A sessions - but this is made to work for your life and schedule.

  • We all get busy. This is lifetime access to the course. BUT of course, I want you to take the course as soon as convenient so you can get more out of the podcast, social media ramblings, etc.

  • If you know you know, right? Kidding. We are slammed with our own families, careers, etc - and then the people who raised us decide to get old, and start needing extra support, and we are suspended in the middle.

    But - we figure shit out right? So this course is a check-in, a pathway, a framework to get our mindset in order and reduce all the optional garbage drama we use to amplify an otherwise difficult situation.

    It's for people who are already worrying about this, seeing the signs ahead, or in the thick of it and trying to come up for air.

  • The total run time of all five modules (by video) is around 3.5 hours. You may take longer or shorter, depending on how much time you invest in filling out the worksheets. This is self-paced, but designed to be completed in an afternoon if that's all you have available.
