What do I offer?
I offer virtual design consultations for custom residential projects in the schematic phase (when a draft is being revised or edited).
How does this help?
I bring a new set of eyes to the project, looking at it from the perspective of a medical professional, a specialty designer, and with lived experience with someone aging in place.
How much does it cost?
Most projects run $2-3 per square foot, with an approximately 3 week turnaround time. I believe in transparent, upfront, project based pricing. For smaller projects or focused questions, hourly pricing is available.
What is the process?
Free 15 minute consultation with me to ensure my services are a good fit for your project.
I send you a proposal to review.
Once the proposal is signed, you will fill out a specialty design questionnaire and we set up an intake meeting (1-2 hours) to review the design needs.
I will provide you with a presentation and a set of written independent recommendations that you can discuss and share with your builder and design team.
